Class Availability
Class availability depends upon the number of enrolled families, which is why we ask that you choose two class times that will work with your schedule. Classes may be canceled or consolidated with advanced notice, and registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that your place is not guaranteed until tuition is payed in full. 

Registration is first-come, first-served on payment of tuition fee. If your first-choice class does not meet enrollment and we must place you in your second-choice class, we will let you know ASAP. If placement is impossible, we will fully refund your payment. Classes require a minimum of six children and no more than twelve.

Tuition is fully refundable if you cancel earlier than two weeks before your first class. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations during the two weeks before classes start. Once classes start, tuition is non-refundable. In special circumstances, if a family must withdraw, then credit may be given for a future session. In all cases, opened materials cannot be returned or refunded.

Cancelled Classes
Occassionally, due to weather or illness, a class may have to be cancelled. In that case, an additional class will be added to the semester or you may choose to attend an additional make-up class. 
Make-Up Classes
Families may make up two classes each semester. You may choose to attend a different class offered during that semester or you come to our regular make-up classes which are held the second Saturday of each month at 10:15 AM. In all cases, you will need to use our make-up scheduler to reserve your spot in class!
